I was bored earlier today, so I opened up Photoshop and played around! About an hour later, I was done! Here is what I created:

Well there are two kinds. The full version (Photoshop CS3) and a scaled down version (Photoshop Elements). Photoshop CS3 costs like 700$ while Photoshop Elements only costs 90$. I bought a Wacom Tablet a few months ago, and Photoshop Elements came with it, so I pretty much got it for free. But the tablet was not cheap

Do you have a Bamboo Fun Tablet medium or small? Because I see the medium one is 160, and I am thinking about getting that one.
But then the small one is only about 85.
Which one is better? Is the small one too small?
The one I have is one from the Intuos line. The size I got was 329$ originally, but since my parents were Costco members, I ordered it from costco.com and I got it for around 270$. I spent all my money so now I am still broke
The Small Bamboo fun is pretty tiny. The Medium I think would be more useful.
It kind of depends on what you’re using it for and how much, if you’re going to use it alot then you should spend the extra money to get the bigger one, but if you wont use it much, then you should get the cheaper one (I think anyways).

Yep, thanks! I’m into hand-drawn penguins, but my scanner is broken. I think that a tablet to draw pengs and such would be fun. So, I’m gonna go with a Medium Tablet.
On Amazon, a Medium Tablet with Photoshop Elements is only $ 180. Hmm. I think Im gonna look into buying it. =D

The thing about the tablet is that you can hand draw it, but you dont have to scan it, and you dont have the dark marks from markers, or the crayon marks, or anything, I love mine
I use it instead of a mouse.
It will take some getting used to though, it feels very awkward when you first use it.

I think it’s kinda weird that you don’t see the image on the tablet, right?
Cuz you would have to look up to the screen to see what your drawing.
Or do you actually see it on the screen?
It’s like you are drawing on the tablet, only it shows up on the screen instead of the tablet. I never even really look at the tablet anymore, just the position of where the thing is on the screen.
Thats so weird, it’ll definitely take me time to get used to.
